The steak pictured is a filet mignion in a creole cream sauce, and it was well seasoned and tender. Also, the sauce was excellent, and the steak was perfectly cooked to a medium temperature. The end product resulted in a steak that could be cut with a fork because it was so tender, and the steak simply melted in your mouth when you put the first fork tender bite into your mouth.
